Heart Throb — A Valentine's Cocktail with a Kick

For the bold, the adventurous, and those who crave a little thrill.

If passion had a flavor, it would taste like the Heart Throb—a cocktail that's as fiery as it is irresistible. Cinnamon & Arbol Chili-Infused Tequila sets the stage with a bold, aromatic heat, perfectly balanced by bright citrus. But the real magic? A dollop of luscious strawberry whipped cream, adding a sweet, airy contrast that softens the spice in the most seductive way. Flirty, unexpected, and undeniably thrilling—this is the drink for those who like their love with a little heat.

Cinnamon & Arbol Chili-Infused Tequila
Yield: 1 Liter

Ingredients:

  • 1 Liter Tequila (Blanco or Reposado recommended)
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 4 Arbol Chilis

Instructions:

  1. Add the cinnamon sticks and arbol chilis to a clean, sealable glass jar or bottle.
  2. Pour in the tequila, ensuring the spices are fully submerged.
  3. Seal the container tightly and let the mixture infuse at room temperature for 24-48 hours, depending on your desired level of spice and warmth.
  4. Taste the infusion after 24 hours. If the flavors are to your liking, remove the cinnamon sticks and chilis to stop the infusion. For a stronger flavor, allow it to infuse up to 48 hours.
  5. Strain the tequila through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any particles.
  6. Store the infused tequila in a sealed container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Serving Tip: This spicy, aromatic infusion is perfect for margaritas, cocktails, or even sipped neat.
