A splash of fresh lemon juice and bitters keeps every sip balanced and beguiling. Finished with a dehydrated lemon wheel and dried hibiscus flowers, this cocktail is pure romance in a glass. Whether you're sharing it with someone special or savoring it solo, one taste will leave you longing for more.

Midnight Embrace
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Rum (lightly Aged or Dark)
  • 1 oz Whiskey (Bourbon recommended)
  • 2 oz Hibiscus Tea (brewed and cooled)
  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Soda Water
  • Ice

Garnish:

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine rum, whiskey, hibiscus tea, lemon juice, chocolate bitters, and Peychaud’s bitters. Add ice and shake well until chilled.
  2. Strain into a wine glass or rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Top off with Soda Water
  4. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and sprinkle dried hibiscus flowers on top for a stunning and aromatic finish.
