WHAT'S IN THE BAG?
The Arbol Chili packs a bit of a punch which makes it a great contender for infusions. These dried chili pods can be used in syrups, infusions, or garnishes - but certainly let your guest know that it packs a punch! Their heat index is between 15,000–30,000 Scoville Units, which is above the medium and mild spice level. Use sparingly and test your infusions as they mature as you can always add but you can't take away.
